small frustrations...
its nothing new that terms of agreement one must agree to for software packages (and more) are problematic in the least. it had been a while since i bothered to read one... needless to say, after reading all for which Apple is *not* responsible/accountable, i had a minor flinch upon reading that even the terms themselves can be modified without notice or my membership terminated... etc. (read below)
"11.Terms. You understand that Apple reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and policies of its developer programs at any time without notice, and to suspend and/or terminate your membership in any or all such programs at any time. No refund or partial refund of any ADC annual fee or any other ADC fees will be made for any reason. [snip]"
